Your documents are scanned and stored
on our server at least once a week. We issue you with
a password for the data, enabling you to check on progress
at any time.
Documents are indexed according to criteria
predefined by you, e.g. trip number, staff number, date
of travel, date of approval, date of processing etc.
Of course you can request any number of search criteria.
